Contest Rules
1. No purchase necessary.
2. Unless otherwise indicated, you must be 18 years or older to win.
3. Listeners are ineligible to win if they have won a prize on KHTC-FM within the last thirty (30) days. Also, only one member per household may win or enter a contest. Listeners can only win a prize every thirty (30) days.
4. Family and those that reside and/or dependents of KHTC-FM, Northern Lights Broadcasting, Inc., its affiliates and agencies or employees of sponsors of these contests are not eligible to win.
5. All prizes, merchandise, cash must be signed for or claimed by the winner within a fourteen (14) day period or prize, merchandise, cash will be forfeited.
6. Listener’s entry constitutes permission for KHTC-FM to use his/her name for promotional and advertisement purposes and/or trade without further compensation. A winner’s affidavit will be supplied upon receiving any prize, merchandise and/or cash.
7. KHTC-FM, B96, is not responsible for incomplete winner sheets due to disconnection of telephone calls, incomplete winner information sheets or any act outside the control of the staff of KHTC-FM.
8. No one other than the winner is allowed to retrieve prize or merchandise without authorization from the winner and proper identification. Only winner with proper identification can retrieve cash. No exceptions.
9. Proper identification is required when retrieving a prize. The following are accepted forms or proper identification:
· Driver’s License
· Social Security Card
· Birth Certificate
· Voter’s Registration Card
· State/Federal Identification
10. All taxes, fees, assessments and other costs are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and there are no substitutions, transfer or alterations of prize permitted.
11. All judges’ decisions on contest winners are final.
